About the Event
The Indwelling Spirit BIRTH class is a fun and interactive course which will ensure that each attendee learns about stages of pregnancy, wellness, coping techniques, newborn care and breastfeeding at First Baptist Church of Tallahassee 108 W College Ave, Tallahassee, FL 32301 Room 5, 2nd floor of the Christian Life Center.
Attendees can bring a birth partner and should bring a pillow (…towel wrapped in pillowcases are fine) to each class. Pregnant women should wear comfortable pants or shorts.
