About the Event
The Indwelling Spirit BIRTH class is a fun and interactive course which will ensure that each attendee learns about stages of pregnancy, wellness, coping techniques, newborn care and breastfeeding at Thomasville Road Baptist Church 3131 Thomasville Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32308 Adult Building Room AB 105.
Attendees can bring a birth partner and should bring a pillow (…towel wrapped in pillowcases are fine) to each class. Pregnant women should wear comfortable pants or shorts.
