About the Event

The Indwelling Spirit Natural Labor Techniques class is a fun and interactive course which ensure attendees will learn how to perform non medicated labor coping skills such as breathing, relaxation and movement exercises at First Baptist Church of Tallahassee 108 W College Ave, Tallahassee, FL 32301 Room 5, 2nd floor of the Christian Life Center.  

Attendees can bring a birth partner and should bring a pillow (…towel wrapped in pillowcases are fine) to each class. Pregnant women should wear comfortable pants or shorts.
